Canton

Canton is our home. The shop sits on Circle Drive, and most of the properties we work on are within fifteen minutes of it. That proximity is the practical reason our Canton customers get the fastest estimate turnaround and the easiest scheduling — there is no drive time to price into the job.

Canton lots present a consistent set of challenges. Heavy red clay holds water and drains slowly, which is why so many yards here have soggy low spots and beds that wash out in a hard rain. Plenty of neighbourhoods off Univeter Road and Sixes Road were also cut into hillsides, so grade changes are common and retaining walls do real structural work rather than acting as decoration.

We handle that with drainage-first thinking. Before we install a paver patio or lay sod in Canton, we look at where water is going and shape the ground to move it away from the foundation. Walls get proper drainage stone, filter fabric and a drain line behind the face. It costs more up front than skipping those steps and it is the reason our work is still straight years later.
