Holly Springs
Fast-growing subdivisions with newer construction. Holly Springs jobs are usually builder-grade yards that need real landscaping and hardscaping added.
Holly Springs has grown fast, and most of what we do here is finishing what the builder started. A new-construction yard typically arrives with a thin layer of sod, a few token shrubs against the foundation, and grading that was signed off on rather than actually designed. It functions, but it does not look like anything.
The upgrades that make the biggest difference are consistent: a real paver patio instead of the small concrete pad off the back door, proper planting beds with defined edges rather than a straight line of identical hollies, and an irrigation system so the new sod actually survives its first Georgia summer.
Grading deserves attention on these lots too. Builder grading is done to meet code and drain off the pad, not to make a yard usable. We regularly re-cut low spots that hold water forty feet from the house, and shape the surface so the whole yard drains instead of just the ten feet around the foundation.
We work throughout Holly Springs including the Harmony on the Lakes and Barrett Farms areas, downtown, and the Toonigh and Hickory Flat corridors. It is a ten-minute run from our shop, which keeps our pricing competitive here.
