Kennesaw
Established Cobb County subdivisions with mature landscaping. Most Kennesaw work is renovation, hardscape repair and bringing overgrown beds back.
Kennesaw's neighbourhoods were largely built out in the eighties and nineties, which means the landscaping has had thirty years to do whatever it wanted. Some of it has matured into genuine assets — canopy trees and specimen shrubs that no amount of money buys new. Much of it has simply overgrown.
Our work here is usually editing rather than starting over. We identify what is worth keeping, remove what has outgrown its location or died back, re-establish bed lines that have been swallowed by turf or expanded past where they should be, and replant at a scale appropriate to the house today.
Hardscaping in these neighbourhoods is also reaching the end of its original base work. Walkways heaving, patio pavers settling into low spots, wall caps loose or missing. We diagnose the underlying cause and rebuild properly rather than doing a cosmetic reset that fails again in two seasons.
We cover downtown Kennesaw, Legacy Park, Brookstone, the Barrett Parkway corridor and the Stilesboro area.
